5. Does PakTruck provide insurance?
PakTruck connects users with third-party insurance providers in Pakistan. Insurance coverage depends on the applicable provider, policy terms, eligibility, coverage limits, exclusions, and conditions. PakTruck does not sell insurance directly and is not a party to any policy.

6. Does PakTruck provide truck tracking?
During an active shipment, live location updates may be shared between the customer and driver when location is enabled. PakTruck fleet tracking for eligible PakTruck-operated vehicles is coming soon and will not automatically apply to every third-party truck listed on the platform.
