Pairlyze is a beautifully addictive memory card matching game with a twist that changes everything — Quiz Power-Ups that reward your knowledge with bonus points, score multipliers, and extra time.

HOW TO PLAY
Tap cards to flip them and find matching pairs. Remember where each card is and match them all before time runs out. Every pair found earns points, and fewer moves means a higher score. Simple to learn, impossible to put down.

QUIZ POWER-UPS — THE GAME CHANGER
After finding pairs, a Quiz Power-Up appears with a trivia question and a 10-second timer. Answer correctly for +100 bonus points. Build a streak for even bigger rewards:
3 correct in a row = ×2 score multiplier for 30 seconds
5 correct in a row = +15 bonus seconds on the clock
Wrong answer = no penalty at all, streak resets
Choose your quiz categories in Settings: General Knowledge, Science, Geography, History, Math, and Pop Culture. Over 150 questions ship with the game so they stay fresh.

THREE DIFFICULTY LEVELS
Easy: 4×3 grid with 6 pairs and 90 seconds — perfect for warming up
Medium: 4×4 grid with 8 pairs and 120 seconds — the sweet spot
Hard: 5×4 grid with 10 pairs and 150 seconds — for memory masters
Each level gets progressively harder as you advance through endless levels.

STAR RATING SYSTEM
Earn 1 to 3 stars per level based on your performance:
1 = Complete the level
2 = Under move limit with 50% time remaining
3 = Near-perfect memory with a quiz streak of 3+
