THE GOAL
Keep your hand sum as low as possible. In Pailly, aces are 1 point, face cards are 11-13 points, and number cards count as their face value. But look out—at the start of each round, a random card is flipped to determine the "Zero Rank" for that round, turning that rank into a powerful 0-point asset!

SPECIAL CARDS & ACTION
Plan your moves, match previous ranks to skip drawing, and use special cards to outsmart your opponents:
• Sevens (7): Play a 7 to pass a +2 draw penalty to the next player. Watch out—if they play another 7, the penalty stacks! If you can't play a 7, you must draw the accumulated penalty.
• Jacks (J): Instantly reverse the direction of play.
• Aces (A): Play an Ace to skip your drawing phase.

THE BOLD CALL: "PAILLY!"
Do you think the total sum of cards in your hand is lower than anyone else's? Take the risk and call "Pailly!" If you're right, you score 0 points and win the round while your opponents get penalized. If you're wrong and someone has a lower or equal sum, you'll face a heavy penalty!
