semApp (School Event Management Application) is a modern, intuitive and gap-filling digital solution developed by two students from Győr (Ősz Bence, Haraszt Dominik Márk) in the 2024/2025 academic year. The system was brought to life by real school needs: our goal is to eliminate the administrative chaos that occurs when organizing school events and simplify communication.

Interactive Event Calendar: Keep track of all your school programs in a monthly, weekly or daily view. Never miss an important deadline!

Digital Sports Registration: Organize competitions and sporting events with team registrations and results tracking, directly from the app.

Document and Media Library: Attach announcements, regulations or even videos to events. The system also keeps statistics on downloads.

Smart Approval System: Events created by operators go through a moderation process, ensuring the quality of the content.

Monitor View: Automatically display upcoming events on displays placed in the school hallways.

Role Management: Separate permissions for students, teachers, moderators and administrators.

Excel Export & Logging: All activities can be tracked and registration lists can be exported with one click for further processing.
