Great idea but need to look into their host and how they keep property. Host not providing all services they list down they had. And one keeps chickens in cage but are not being well kept so sitting outside was uncomfortable due to smell and dead chicken. Host let you keep stuff on property just to find out they're the one taking it with no contact to the original owner. Rats was also i problem in house. The Host will call ask questions make an assumption and assuming that's what you are doing.
