PactUp: Friends Habit Tracker

Make a pact with your friends. Miss it, and the meal is on you.

PactUp is a habit tracker built on friendship and accountability: it turns a good habit into a friendly competition. Pick one goal: up by 7:30, three workouts a week, a daily reading routine, no bubble tea this month. Invite your friends, agree the terms, and check in every day. Keep your streak and you grow. Slip, and you treat everyone to breakfast, dinner or whatever the group agreed.

GROW TOGETHER, COMPETE A LITTLE
• Start a pact in a minute and invite friends with a link, a code or an Instagram Story.
• Everyone reads the same rules before they join.
• Check in with one tap and a seal. Your friends see it and cheer you on.
• Every repeating pact grows a flower each week: the days everyone keeps are the petals, they only ever add up, and on the weekend you can share it with the group.
• When the round ends, the recap shows who treats. Pick a time for the meal right inside the pact.
• Friendly, never cruel: on a day you miss, the first thing you see is what your friends had to say, not a bill.

A BUDDY THAT GROWS WITH YOU
• Hatch Daisuke the shiba or Miruku the cat, with more buddies to meet later.
• Your buddy walks around Home, heads off on adventures, sends postcards and chats with you once a day.
• When a friend checks in, their buddy drops by your Home, and one tap seals it for them. Prefer it quiet? Turn it off in Settings.
• What you do shapes who it becomes: energetic, gentle, curious or disciplined.
• Your buddy is on your home screen widgets too. A small gift every day, plus a mood journal, a mood calendar and milestone badges to look back on.

PACTS THAT FIT REAL LIFE
• Wake up: a morning wall, weekdays only if you like, and public holidays off for everyone.
• Quit smoking, quit drinking, stay sober or cut sugar: an evening check-in, a "Help me hold on" button your friends answer, and a savings counter only you can see.
• Weight loss: weigh in on set days and compare percentages, never kilos.
• Work out: a weekly ring and a minimum number of minutes.
• Be on time: set a time and a place in three steps, then tap "I'm here" when you arrive. Your location stays on your phone.

BRING A FRIEND
Invite a friend and you both get a friendship postcard. When three friends have checked in, you get 7 days of Pro, free.

ABOUT THE MONEY
PactUp never touches it. No card, no wallet, no payments between friends. The app writes down what you agreed and what happened; you settle up yourselves, usually over that meal. Rather keep money out of it? Play for bragging rights and the streak.

THE GROUP DECIDES
Think a check-in wasn't real? Put it to the group. Everyone votes and the majority settles it. Reporting and blocking are built in.

FREE
One pact of your own with money in it, up to 12 people, rounds up to 14 days. Joining a friend's pact is always free, and pacts with no money in them don't count toward that one.

PACTUP PRO (optional subscription)
If you lead a pact: as many pacts of your own as you like, up to 30 people in one, rounds of a month or three, the next round set up from the last one, your own card color and seal style for the whole group, and a monthly team report. Friends joining your pact don't need Pro.
For you: every buddy, and you pick the next one when an egg hatches; Health Connect check-ins when a workout or your steps are logged; the full year view, deeper monthly reports and six personal records; your own check-in photos kept as a memories wall and a monthly collage; and one tap to check in all your pacts of the same kind.
