The App is amazing and super useful with the gifs of the exercises what is extremely helpful to train independently, so instructors have more room to evaluate posture of trainers... Also the data kept makes the personal aware of the completed trainings and can do training progress accordingly. And there is also a message spot where you can talk with the personal and explain what you've done or ask about your doubts... Like it is it's already very good but always there is space to improve...✨️🏋‍
