However, I believe adding a subtle clicking sound effect could further enhance the overall user experience and make the interface feel even more engaging. 2025-01-28	*****	I've used this app, it has been very helpful and convenient and ran quite smoothly. Though there's is one thing I'd like to suggest— the 'News' section, which appears three times, takes up space that could be better used for a Complaint section. Users often need to report issues or share feedback, and having an easy way to do that would be much more useful. Overall, the app works really well.
