the app is good but its very buggy and when i was talking to a counselor their messages didnt show up for twenty minutes and i never saw the messages until i refreshed and then it wouldnt let me respond once i saw the messages

a lot of the help they give feels more like theyre trying to convince you that you aren't mentally ill than them trying to like reassure you. it often feels like the person on the other line is just trying to get you to say that you are fine so they can move onto the next person rather than trying to talk to you. not to mention that actual issues with the app itself, i often have to refresh in order to see whatever message they sent me which makes it difficult to speak
