BE On Point is a comprehensive mobile application developed for Territory Managers (TMs) and Regional Managers (RMs) of BE Energy. The app is designed to digitize and simplify daily field operations, providing a centralized platform for managing tasks, monitoring activities, and improving field productivity.

With BE On Point, TMs and RMs can:

Track Orders: Monitor orders placed by outlets under their assigned territory in real-time.
Perform Inspections: Conduct site inspections and complete digital inspection reports, reducing paperwork and manual processes.
Site Reconciliation: Perform stock reconciliation at stations to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Manage Tasks: Create, monitor, and reschedule tasks when required, ensuring better control over daily activities.
View Reports: Access performance, inspection, task, order, and activity reports to evaluate operations and make informed decisions.
Navigate to Sites: Use integrated navigation to easily locate outlet and station sites, particularly helping field staff visiting unfamiliar locations.
Setup New Stations: Initiate and document the setup process for new stations directly through the application.
