This mobile app is designed to capture and store images of dispatched items against specific orders, ensuring accurate tracking before shipment. It is exclusively intended for use by internal dispatch department staff.

The app enables employees to take real-time photos of items prior to packaging, capturing multiple angles to maintain a clear record of dispatched goods. These images are securely stored on the company’s servers and linked to respective order numbers.

In case of customer escalations, delivery disputes, or missing item claims, the stored images can be retrieved by authorized personnel as supporting evidence. This helps improve transparency, accountability, and resolution efficiency in the dispatch process.

Access to the application and stored data is restricted to internal staff only, ensuring data security and controlled usage.
