If your device drops its mobile connection and you take a photo as proof of delivery the app hangs and displays a processing window that you cant click away from; so you have to restart the app. And the photo has to be taken again. This gets annoying if you are doing a lot of deliveries. Also, on occasion once a photo is taken the app doesn't register it and you have to take it again. Again this gets very annoying if you are lots of deliveries. Overall the app is slow and needs more work.
