O'ZOO

O'ZOO is a project carried out with passion and dedication, fueled, loved and supported by very different personalities, but extremely cohesive.
None of us has ever been indifferent to the environmental problems that for some years now have been subjected to our attention with justified violence.
We can therefore only take note of how important the commitment of each individual or activity is, to protect our planet.


We deeply love our work, but at the same time we are not afraid to make some extra effort to meet other types of needs, thus radically reducing, within our premises, the idea of ​​use
and throw.
We have long since abandoned this path, but now in a more thoughtful way, we present solutions,
for example by choosing to treat products such as Plose, which for years has been carrying out its returnable vacuum proposal, so for our draft beers, choosing only breweries that do not use plastic kegs and therefore cannot be reused.

Our biggest battle is against straws
in plastic, which in reality are not recyclable as many of us thought.
We have chosen a more sustainable solution, that is to serve our drinks without a straw.

If you cannot give up, you can request one from the dining room staff or the counter, and you will be provided with a straw in biodegradable paper.
