2024-01-21	Sc*****	The one spy is not so secret. Once installed on my kids phone, it continuously exposes itself to the user. It displays a popup about every 5 seconds asking the user permission to capture everyrhing they do. Really? How is this suppose to allow you to monitor their usage privately. This leads the user to other means to communicate sonyou can't track it. Horrible piece of software. Support is very unhelpful and never solves any issues, just blames it on you.

2023-04-17	Le*****	So expensive and only works half the time of purchase. Looking for another app frfr customer service does not exist when they email you back they tell you. It's your fault the so doesn't work. And the all of sudden it's back working again. Don't waste your money

2022-10-13	Ca*****	Update: After I denied remote access they offered me a 30% refund. I said unacceptable. Went back and forth. Sent screen recording proving it was downloaded right and wasn't working. They offer half refund. Now I'm doing chargeback. I wish I could attach email thread to show their level of greed. All about money and they don't abide by their own contract. Good thing I took screenshots of everything for my bank. Send me message and I'll gladly provide email thread. Don't waste your money or time

2021-03-18	so*****	Really fed up of this app... Earlier it was ok..but after the new update its no more a spy app... The target device owner can easily uninstall it and any of the features are not working since 22nd Feb.. the help desk only mail to reinstall it or change the settings or restart the device... But of no use...dont waste money on this app.. have 4 licence but all of no use...

Everything else doesn't work and crashes and freezes the app when I try to access it. No easy help link or access to support through the app either. Probably going to cancel the service Update, I followed the reinstallation instruction but was never sent a new key after requesting it per the instructions. Customer service doesn't listen at all and was no help prior to disconnecting me
