What happened man, after today's update cannot login, throws "error 10990091"

Lol not sure why they still around but customer service pretty bad and non existence, call no one pick up, virtual assistant no one will reply you, just want to cancel my cards only also so difficult. App is practically bad even after the revamp with limited functions. Actually I feel service was better before they change name to dcs card.
