2024-02-17	Co*****	pretty useless on android. Cannot save any images from chat cannot copy any text from chat. Every time I restart the app, all chats appear unread again. If you have an iPhone it might not suck, but if you have an android, you're much better off using your browser. :(

2023-12-16	Ji*****	Solid platform. Works better on Android than iOS but minor and shouldn't deter you from using if you have an iPhone. Almost no bugs or glitches in the few years I've used it. Very reliable. Geo tracking and tagging/logging prospects when in the field is fast and accurate. Easy to check in and take notes on your call. Reason for 3 stars and why I won't renew is route optimization was moved to most expensive bundle. Deal breaker for me.

I compared it to 12 other CRMs. I kept coming back to Outfield. It's routing capability is unparalleled, notes tracking is perfect, reports are fantastic. Deal flow is customizable. I can share my customer interactions with my sales support team to delegate quickly. I spent a lot of time researching, trust me Outfield is the BEST for outside sales reps in the field

2019-12-03	A *****	The app seems ok but it's a fundamentally dishonest company behind it. They refuse to disclose pricing on their website or even when requested. They contact you within an hour or two of installing it trying to bully. They are relying on hooking you in during the trial period then trying to gouge you, so don't fall for it.
