OutWho: Meet New People

There are people in your city worth meeting.

OutWho is a members’ club for real life: a subscribers-only social app for meeting new people and making new friends, one introduction at a time. It brings you one person worth meeting, every day, and gets you out the door. No feed, no swiping, no pressure. Not dating, not networking. We just want you to go out.

HOW IT WORKS
• Join and complete your profile. The more complete it is, the better KAIROS works.
• Every day at 12:00 PM, you receive one invitation: a person chosen for you.
• You have 24 hours to answer. When you both accept, a chat opens.
• Agree on a place and time, then go out and meet in real life.

THE IDEA: KAIROS
The ancient Greeks had two words for time. Chronos is the time of the clock, of minutes that melt away on a screen. Kairos is the right moment: not measured, but recognized. Most apps are built on Chronos; they win when you stay. OutWho chose Kairos. Our work is not to keep you on the screen but to hand you a moment: one person worth meeting, in the city where you live, not in a feed but in real life.

That is why our engine is called KAIROS: Kernel for Affinity & Interest Ranking with Opportunity Selection. It runs once a day, ranks by closeness of character and interest, and selects one opportunity for you. A thousand profiles do not add up to one good evening. One introduction, taken seriously, does.

YOUR MEMBER CARD: 10% OFF WORLDWIDE
Your subscription activates your digital Member Card. It earns you a flat 10% discount at OutWho partner venues all over the world: cafés, restaurants and more. Open the venue’s page in the app, tap CHECK-IN and show the QR code before the bill is paid. Members also get early access to special OutWho events and seasonal offers.

BUILT ON TRUST
• Built on more than 2 years of DineWho experience and trust.
• Report and block in one tap. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
• Anyone you block never appears again.
• No scores, no rankings, no ladder you can climb by paying more.

SUBSCRIPTION
Joining OutWho is free. To enter the KAIROS algorithm, receive your daily invitation and use your Member Card benefits, you need a subscription.

OutWho opens city by city. If your city is not live yet, join the waiting list in the app and invite your friends: at 150 members, your city opens.

The right moment is not on a screen. It is outside, somewhere in your city. OutWho takes you there.
