OSE (Outhentic Sound Engine) is an Android instrument and toolkit for people who play. Synth, recorder, piano roll, metronome, tuner - eight focused tools that fit in your pocket and complement the desktop DAW you already use, rather than replace it.

PLAY
• Expressive multi-touch synth with a real DSP chain — filters, envelopes and effects you hear live.
• 140+ instruments and presets across keys, bass, pads, leads, plucks, drums and more.
• Drum-pad, piano and split/layer layouts.
• USB and Bluetooth MIDI keyboards (Bluetooth MIDI needs Android 12+; USB and wired work everywhere).

RECORD & EDIT
• Record your playing as MIDI and arrange it in a piano-roll editor - move, quantize, transpose and edit velocity.
• Audio recorder with a real-time effects monitor: hear your effects while you play.
• Audio editor with restoration tools - declick, declip, denoise, normalize - plus cut, fade, speed and pitch.

PRACTICE & MEASURE
• Chromatic tuner - fast and accurate, with reference tones.
• Metronome with simple and complex meters, subdivisions and savable presets.
• Signal generator - sine and other waveforms, sweeps and a built-in timer.
• Sound-level meters - SPL, FFT spectrum, spectrogram and peak hold.
