Ordered food on this app yesterday, waited hours and it still wasn't delivered. I wrote customer support and yet I wasn't attended to only for me to check the app today and the food has been marked as delivered. How? Very horrible service.

There's always delivery issue. Do not recommend, unless you're willing to wait (3 hours + x) for your food.
