OUD Listener

OUD Listener is the dedicated app for approved OUD Listeners.

Listeners use this app to manage their availability and connect with OUD users through the communication features provided in the app.

With OUD Listener, you can:

* Set your availability for Chat, Audio Call and Video Call.
* Receive and manage conversations and calls from OUD users.
* View your activity and earnings in the app.
* Check reviews, rewards and other listener-related information.
* Manage your listener profile and account details.
* View your wallet and available balance.
* Track your work activity and scheduled interactions where supported.

OUD connects users with Listeners for conversations and calls. Listeners are not presented as doctors, psychologists or therapists through this app, and the app does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Access to OUD Listener is intended for approved OUD Listeners. Some features may depend on account status, availability, app configuration and OUD platform policies.

This app is for managing the Listener side of the OUD platform and is separate from the user-facing OUD experience.
