2024-08-06	Ad*****	Very bad customer service by otto, I tried to return a dress which was not what I expected it to be and they won't reply to mails and no one responded to my ticket. If you are ordering via this app, reconsider or try another brand because once they sell, it is out of their hand and they won't respond to any queries

I wondored how my order was shown with Paid message. But after a day i started receiving SMS from Simple payment agent and asking late fee. I think this otto app is not original, they himself thirdparty agents. Msking payment themselves from simple agent and fooling us.
