Company Has Reduced It's Operations, the fan purchased in Jul 2019 has malfunctioned and when i contacted the staff at ottomate feels like they are doing charity work without salaries. The app is now no more useful if we want to raise any complaints and requests as you only be happy watching service request number to which no response is gonna provided. Also email address mentioned was operational only time i bought fan. Now no more functional. Phone number is way worst than SBI as i said they

Worst experience with the Ottomate smart fan zen connect pro. Bluetooth does not work at several times and sometimes it changes the speed of the fan itself. It is complete wastage of money.

I have 2 ottomate fans connected to my mobile application. I ordered these online and both times due to technical faults I had ordered replacement at Amazon. But since these 2 replaced fans were registered on this application before returning, they are still in my list of fans. i tried to remove these returned fans from the device list but it shows message "please power on the device". Now how can I power on those fans which I have returned and replaced. So how to remove from device list.
