| 2025-01-20 |  |   | Made my first transfer using OTT-Remit. Bank verified money sent, recieved email from OTT remit saying money recieved and deposited in recipients account. App kept saying money still needed to be sent from bank. Recipient never recieved money. Contacted company, they said I had to send them screenshots of bank account information, Name of bank, voided check and screenshot of bank showing the interac was sent. All this for 117.00 interac transfer. |
