Unable to view on Mobile and on TV, have made payment as well, the app is not loading and if it loads the content is not playing. for payment it went very smothly/ support team please fix this.

I have installed on Android TV but unable to watch on TV. as per instruction provided i have logged in my android app but where to entere the code as per instruction no where mentioned. Dropped mail to concern team but no response also query submited through online still no response.
