Ever since they forced everyone to switch to this new app, it rendered the smart devices useless. You'll find the same complaint all over the web. They've been notified multiple times over the past few years but still haven't fixed it so now you can either sit in the dark or have the lights on all night. UPDATE STILL not updated to Android 14. App asks how you like it then says to comment to support but sends you to a link saying "Oops, this help center no longer exists" I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Absolute garbage app. Almost never actually finds my lightbulb. I've hit the "send error" button more than I've been able to toggle my bulb by a large margin. Wish Beewii never got aquired by these incompetent fools. 40 dollar lightbulb with lifetime warranty sounded too good to be true and turns out it is.
