Ever since they forced everyone to switch to this new app, it rendered the smart devices useless. You'll find the same complaint all over the web. They've been notified multiple times over the past few years but still haven't fixed it so now you can either sit in the dark or have the lights on all night. UPDATE STILL not updated to Android 14. App asks how you like it then says to comment to support but sends you to a link saying "Oops, this help center no longer exists" I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Signing up without Google is not working correctly, can't select the country and no labels in the interface... Only the keys to labels lovalisations are present.... Can't select the timezone, so cannot finish the sign up... Ended up here because of Beewi smartpad, that at least was working for many years.... Now my light bulb can't be controlled.... Such a trash app
