Anjan Goswami, the founder of Mynd Your Fitness, brings extensive experience in multiple sports from his childhood and over 12 years in high-paced corporate roles. This unique blend of expertise gives him a profound understanding of the fitness and nutrition needs of both athletes and busy professionals.

• 3rd August 2014: Mynd Your Fitness was founded, leveraging significant years of corporate experience and interactions with teams, managers, CXOs, and clients across various organizations.
