2024-04-18	bi*****	if your clinic asks you to use this, and you try to activate your account through the mobile application, which is a pretty common procedure these days, you will never progress beyond the page you were previously on, whether it's email verification, the password reset wizard or the main page. to successfully activate your account you have to go to the website and enable desktop site if you have a mobile browser. this is neither an obvious nor an acceptable solution.

2024-02-09	Ma*****	Doesn't work. When trying to make an account. First you have the login page, and you click "activate" as a new patient. You enter your email address, and then they send you an email to confirm your email address. You click the link in the email, and it just takes you to the initial login page. So you click activate again, and it wants you to confirm your email address again. And you just repeat those steps over and over and over again, and you never even get to log in. Stupid app.

2023-11-09	Es*****	App doesn't work. It never let me setup a password. Now when I go to forgot password it send me a link that is EXACTLY like the screen asking for the password that I never set up.

2023-07-26	ka*****	App works okay. Content is the standard tests that are not structured to be customizeable or, from my perspective, provide meaningful information to a provider. I answer the same questions for my therapist every week. The data are so coarse that they don't measure anything meaningful. Among the optional questions, how could the question "Does this app make you happy?" Provide relevant information?
