OSMI Scan

The application is a specialized scanner for barcodes and QR codes from plastic or electronic cards for shops, restaurants, clubs and events.

Card data is read instantly and directly transferred to the cashier for writing off / calculating bonuses or receiving discounts.

The application supports the OSMI Stick I / O device developed by OSMI Cards.

Data transfer between the application and the OSMI Stick device is carried out using a secure protocol with AES-128 encryption. OSMI Stick is compatible with any POS, waiter stations, computers, Windows, OSX and Linux operating systems and cash register software, including 1C, R-Keeper, Iiko Front, Frontol and many others.

One application can work with several POS terminals, cash registers and devices, each of which uses an individual OSMI Stick .

To transfer the read data to the cashier or the waiter's station, the application must be registered.

Depending on the registration parameters, after registration in the application, additional opportunities for working with partner loyalty programs may become available.

For the application to work and depending on the selected I / O device, the phone or tablet can work via the USB Host (OTG) function, BlueTooth 4.0 and above, or WiFi.
