In a simple and efficient way, it is possible to access the property contracts, check financial transactions, download duplicates of updated slips, request services and monitor the progress of requests.

The Client Area application provides the following areas:

- My properties: information about each property according to code, purpose, type and negotiated value.

- Contracts : information about all contracts

- Boleto: option to follow the boletos already issued and generate a duplicate.

- Request services: request repair services to the property and monitor the progress of the request.

- Request for property repair services, sending photos regarding the request
