2023-03-19	Ji*****	The app designer knows only atheistic and has no user experience mindset at all. The design is like PC software 20 years ago with only nice pictures. I believe the app designer does not use or has no belief on the massage chair.

2022-12-31	De*****	Stupid idea. I sat at the chair for more then 15 mins and still couldn't get it to start. Asked me for all sorts of info, then download music, and then got stuck. Couldn't start massaging without a phone!

2022-12-09	A *****	Was ok initially. Now not able to pair to the app. Hence, not able to utilize the other massage programs. Bluetooth audio pairing is ok. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and installation the app on another phone, still same negative result. Please help.

It would be nice to improve the App allow to create session of 3 to 4 selection of each 15min programs (30min, 45min,60min), so we don't have to start all over again after each 15min program finishes. Next wishlist would be great to allow multiple user profile, so each household member retain their scan details and preferences. Currently just 2 users, my wife phone and my phone can access to it. Keep up the good jobs to make this world best AI masseur. Thank you. 💯

2022-01-15	Dy*****	It was great for 10 days but the apps unable to connect to the device now. Bluetooth audio is still working but nothing else work. Tried everything from switching on and off the power and reinstall the app.
