Oses Business

OSES Business was developed for OSES Group employees and business partners to manage their daily operations from a single mobile application. Different business areas, from current account and stock inquiries to contract tracking, field audits, and reporting, are included as separate modules within the same application.

Modules:

Akınsoft
Current account cards and transactions, stock cards and transactions, inventory counting, invoice list and details, document creation, collection, and cash transfer.

Contract Management
View contract documents, manage notification types, and track contract-related processes from start to finish.

Auditing
Manage auditor and form category definitions, fill out field audit forms, and report results.

Reports
Dealer performance, consumption, customer invoice summary, and periodic product analyses.

Administration
Monitoring system health, service status, log records, and background processes.

Authorization
When the application opens, only modules defined for your account are listed.
Because authorization definitions are centrally managed, your access in the application is automatically updated when your role changes.

Account requirement
This application is not a publicly available service. To use it, you need a user account defined by the OSES
Group. To request an account, you can contact the in-house IT department.
