Filo: To-Do List & AI Planner

Filo is your to-do list, planner and reminders in one app you use by typing. No forms, no menus: open the chat and write like you talk — "tomorrow 9:30 mechanic for the service, demo build due Friday" — and the AI assistant figures out what, when and which project. You check the preview, tap Save, done.

YOU'RE ALWAYS IN CHARGE
Filo never writes anything on its own: everything it understands is shown in an editable card before saving. Fix it by replying in chat ("make it 8pm", "move it to Friday") and the card updates itself. And every action can be undone.

TO-DO LIST, PLANNER AND CALENDAR TOGETHER
• Tasks, deadlines and appointments in a single daily planner
• Today, Everything, Projects and Calendar views, always up to date
• Checklists for groceries and anything you tick off
• Overdue tasks always in sight
• Recurring tasks: "standup every Monday at 10" and it's handled
• Synced across your devices, in real time

REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE AT THE RIGHT TIME
Deadlines remind you the evening before and the same morning; appointments 30 minutes ahead. Nothing to set up: the reminder comes with the task.

FILO LEARNS WHO YOU ARE
Tell it once "my barber is Maurizio, he's at 3 Roma street": from then on "haircut at Maurizio's on Thursday" arrives with the address already in the note. People, places and clients live in a memory you can see and correct anytime.

A PLANNER FOR YOUR PROJECTS
"Help me organise the website launch by the end of the month": Filo creates the project and breaks it down into tasks, deadlines and appointments with realistic dates. Prefer to think it through? Start a brainstorm: it asks a few questions, then proposes the structure.

ALL YOUR CALENDARS
Connect your phone's calendar, or with Filo Pro, Google Calendar (several calendars at once: Personal, Work, Family). Events flow into Filo with their own colours and, if you want, what you create here goes to the calendar you choose.

SEARCH THAT UNDERSTANDS, ON YOUR PHONE
Search "that bank thing" and it finds your Credit Agricole appointment. The search index lives only on your device: the assistant only ever receives the minimum needed for a single request.

SPEAK, IF YOU PREFER
Dictate your to-dos and listen to the replies.

IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN
Filo follows your phone's language: interface, dates and the assistant's answers.
