Orjin BYS is a mobile information management system that enables the execution of internal processes through a digital infrastructure. The application aims to centralize the daily operations of company employees and managers, facilitating task tracking and approval processes.

Human Resources and Attendance Control (Timekeeping)
- Enabling personnel to perform work entry and exit procedures via mobile devices in accordance with location (GPS/Geofence) restrictions.
- Implementation of security procedures with device-based biometric authentication architecture.
- Viewing of shift schedules by personnel, tracking of processes related to underwork, overtime, and anomaly reports.

Job Request Management System (JRMS)
- Creation of internal task and support requests for departments such as IT, administrative affairs, or maintenance and repair via the mobile application.
- Ability to attach documents, photos, and video files via the device gallery or camera during the request creation phase to clarify the problem or need. - Simultaneous monitoring of the current status of open requests, the responding teams, and the resolution stages through the system.

Manager Approval Center
- Ability for users in managerial positions to list the attendance data, leave movements, and task requests of their team on a single screen.
- Direct processing of system notifications awaiting approval; quick sharing of the reason for rejection with personnel for rejected processes.

Security and System Access
- The Orjin BYS application uses a role and authorization-based structure. Users can only access the modules and screens defined for their processes by the institution. - Thanks to the push notification infrastructure, changes in approval or process status are communicated to users, aiming to minimize delays in communication processes. - This application only serves the relevant personnel of businesses using the Orjin BYS platform. Corporate access information defined by company management is required to log in to the system.
