Just downloaded it for the first time on the fifth of Oct and paid to subscribe, but haven't been given access to the app at all, the app just stays on the "subscribe for full access" screen.. If I'm not given access by the end of the week, I'm reporting the app as a scam then unsubscribing/getting my money back!
