Orgigs

Orgigs connects hospitality and event professionals across India with real, paid gig work — hourly shifts and task-based assignments at hotels, restaurants, banquets, and live events.

HOW IT WORKS
• Register with your mobile number and verify your identity (Aadhaar, PAN, e-Shram) right in the app
• Visit your nearest Orgigs office to complete onboarding, get your starter kit, and finish your training
• Get assigned a classification (Hospitality Certified, Management Trainee, or Hospitality Associate) and the work categories you're trained for
• Browse and book shifts that match your skills, availability, and city
• Check in and out with location-verified attendance — no paperwork, no disputes
• Get paid weekly, straight to your wallet, with a transparent breakdown of every shift

WHY ORGIGS
• Real shifts from real hospitality and event businesses — hotels, banquet halls, caterers, and event companies
• A refundable security deposit system that keeps both sides accountable, with your deposit returned automatically when the shift is done
• Skill training videos to unlock more categories of work and grow your earning potential
• Refer other workers and earn a bonus once they complete paid work
• Support built right into the app — raise a ticket and reach a real person about any shift, payment, or account issue

WHO IT'S FOR
Orgigs is built for hospitality and event professionals — servers, bartenders, banquet staff, event crew, and more — looking for flexible, verified, well-paid gig work in their city.

Learn. Earn. Grow. — with Orgigs.

That's honest to the actual feature set (KYC/e-Shram onboarding, classification badges, geo-verified attendance, weekly payouts, refundable deposits, skill-video training, referrals, in-app support) rather than generic gig-app filler — matches the wordmark's own tagline at the end. Let me know if you want it shorter, or want me to adjust tone/emphasis on anything in particular.
