2023-07-13	Er*****	Almost exclusively using Order Ready now after another price hike on FoodPanda. OR prices are very close to actual restaurant prices, the restaurant options keep increasing and they are improving the app. Main complaint is the app, navigation can be messy and just some UX things are annoying. First priority for me would be linking card or gcash only once so that no OTP would be needed every single time as the connection for SMS is spotty in many areas.

2023-05-25	Ca*****	This app needs improving. I keeps on crashing when I eant to take orders. I like it cause I can order at different stores but it is in the same cart. I don't know what happened that it does not do that anymore. Also, please add 'cash on delivery' as a mode of payment also. I'm not giving-up on this app since the food here are cheaper than food panda or grab. It just needs improvements. Tsaka nandito kasi yung fav resto ko like Seoul kitchen 🙂

2022-03-22	Eu*****	Updated palagi ung status ng order and accommodating ung customer service nila. Kulang lang is ung note sa store, most of the time walang spoon and fork. Kahit note ko before check out wala padin spoon and fork 😅
