Placed an order and waited 20mins for confirmation then 20mins for order preparation then another 20mins for another order preparation and FINALLY 2HRS LATER IT SAYS DELIVERED WITH NO DELIVERY!!!!! Even the helpline is switched off. Absolute joke of an app. The worst platform I have ever used.
