User Reviews

Users appreciate the app for offering a needed delivery service with friendly staff, a user-friendly interface, and good potential. However, multiple reviews highlight issues such as slow performance, poor UI design, unreliable order placement from non-delivering restaurants, excessively long delivery times, and rising delivery fees. Overall, while some users praise the service quality, many express significant dissatisfaction with app reliability and order fulfillment.

Pros

Provides a delivery service where few or none are available
Friendly and professional staff enhancing user confidence
Easy to use interface with potential for growth
Good delivery time and reasonable pricing as per some users
Exceptional service and positive overall experience reported by some users

Cons

App is slow and UI is poorly designed
Orders can be placed from restaurants that cannot deliver to user's address with no prior notification
Repeated failures to receive orders or functioning issues reported
Delivery times are very long, sometimes over two hours
Delivery costs have been raised frequently, sometimes exceeding the food cost

Recent reviews

The app is useful because there are no other delivery services around. The actual app it's quite bad. The UI is poorly designed and the app is slow. You need to test where can you order from because it allowes you to order from places that cannot deliver to your address and you only find out after you press Order. So you got to keep trying until you find out what places do can reach your address.
