Crust Compass

Crust Compass is an app designed for managing sourdough fermentation processes. It includes a Dashboard that provides an overview of batch statistics, upcoming feeding schedules, proof timers, and quick actions for adding new entries. The Starter section allows users to manage their starter jars, including setting feeding schedules, tracking hydration levels, and maintaining a discard history. The Bakes feature enables users to track individual dough batches from mixing to baking, with details on timing, temperatures, and outcomes. Additionally, the Library section lets users save and reuse their preferred formulas, feeding ratios, and fermentation techniques. Each fermentation batch can be assigned a nickname and type for easy identification. The app supports users in planning and organizing their sourdough baking activities efficiently.
