Oral Function Management-kun is an oral function assessment and management app specifically designed for dental clinics and home-visit dental care settings. 【Oral Function Decline Mode】
This assessment mode is in high demand in geriatric dentistry and home-visit dental care. It allows step-by-step input of 7 items including tongue pressure, biting force, pharyngeal function, ODK, and EAT-10, and visually interprets the results using a radar chart. It also supports iPad input and offline operation at the patient's location.

[Periodontal Examination Mode]
This mode supports both detailed periodontal examinations (6-point and 4-point methods) and basic periodontal examinations (1-point method). It records EPP (pocket depth), BOP (bleeding), drainage, PCR (plaque control record), and tooth mobility using a 4-phase system (a flow where data is entered in batches), and automatically calculates PISA (periodontitis area). Examination results can be output directly as a PDF report.
