Tailor Book is the digital measurement register and order book for tailors, darzi and silai shops, and boutiques. Record every customer's measurements, price their order, take the advance and send the invoice on WhatsApp, all from your phone. No account, no sign-up, and no internet needed to use it.

MEASUREMENTS THE WAY YOU TAKE THEM
• Measure garment by garment: kameez, shalwar, waistcoat, trouser, shirt, coat and sherwani. Add your own garments and fields too.
• Enter inches the way you say them (38, 38½, 38¼) with one-tap fraction buttons, or work in centimetres.
• Everything saves as you type, so an interrupted fitting loses nothing.
• Returning customer? Start from last time's measurements and change only what has moved.
• Every visit is kept with its date. Compare two visits side by side to see exactly what changed.

ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENTS
• Set your rate card once: a stitching price for each garment, plus extras such as lining, embroidery, piping or urgent delivery.
• Build an order with several garments, each linked to the right measurements, with quantity and price filled in for you.
• Give a discount as a fixed amount or a percentage.
• Record the advance and every payment after it. The app works out the balance and marks each order unpaid, part paid or paid.
• A payment larger than the balance is caught before it is saved, so a slip of the thumb never becomes a wrong bill.

INVOICES ON WHATSAPP
• Send the invoice summary to your customer's WhatsApp chat in one tap, or send the invoice as a PDF.
• Works with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business.
• Money still owed? Send a short, polite balance reminder.
• See when each invoice and reminder was sent.
• Invoices are numbered automatically and carry your shop's name, phone number and address.
• Urdu customer names and garment names print correctly on invoice PDFs.
• Print any invoice, or save it as a PDF.

MEASUREMENT SLIPS AND DESIGN PHOTOS
• Send a printable measurement slip as a PDF straight to WhatsApp, or export it to CSV.
• Photograph the fabric, the design or the garment to copy, and keep it with that customer's measurements.
