25 Years of Research & Innovation
This app was developed over 25 years by a university Professor teaching her college students how to have emotional intelligence and the art of performance psychology.

The Optimal State team continues to refine and enhance the app, led by Amy Wheeler, Ph.D., Chair of the Department of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda at an integrative university of health, alongside her husband, the app developer and CTO of Optimal State.

Their mission? To bring this science-backed emotional intelligence tool to Gen Z and Gen Alpha, empowering the next generation to understand themselves, build resilience, and thrive in all areas of life.
