TextBridge syncs the SMS arriving on your Android phone to the other devices you own, so you can read your texts wherever you actually are.

Left your main SIM at home? Carrying a work phone and a personal one? Using a second number you do not keep on you? TextBridge keeps those texts with you.

EVERY DEVICE IS VERIFIED FIRST
Before anything is sent to a device, TextBridge sends it a 6-digit code. You read that code on the device itself and type it back. Only then does it start receiving your messages.

That is the whole point: a device you cannot pick up cannot be added. It costs one text, once, and there is nothing to sign up for.

WHERE YOUR TEXTS GO
- To another phone you own - delivered as an ordinary SMS from your own SIM
- To your own private Telegram chat, through a Telegram bot you create yourself, so you can read your texts on a laptop or tablet

Group chats are not accepted. TextBridge syncs your messages to you, not to other people.

WHAT YOU GET

TWO WAYS TO USE IT
Simple Mode copies every message, with nothing to set up. Advanced Mode adds an optional rule list for when you would rather not copy everything: match on the sender, on a word you choose, or on which SIM a text arrived on, and pick which of your verified devices each match reaches.

You pick on first launch and can switch at any time. Your devices, Telegram chats and settings are shared by both modes, so nothing is set up twice and nothing is lost when you change. Advanced Mode also offers message templates, an automatic retry if a Telegram send fails on a bad connection, and delivery statistics. All of it is evaluated on your phone.

WHAT TEXTBRIDGE DOES NOT DO
It does not work out what your messages are. There is no category for bank alerts, payments, adverts or verification codes, and no rule can single one out. A rule matches on the sender, a keyword you type in, or the SIM - nothing else. Whole messages are copied exactly as they arrived; nothing is ever extracted from one.

PRIVACY
- No account, no sign-up, no login
- No servers of ours - we never receive your messages, and could not read them if we wanted
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking
- Your settings and history stay on your phone and are deleted when you uninstall
- Message history is deleted automatically after 30 days
- Android backup is disabled, so nothing is copied to your Google Drive

If you enable Telegram syncing, your message text is sent to Telegram's servers through your own bot, and Telegram's privacy policy then applies to it. Leave Telegram off and nothing leaves your phone except the SMS copies your carrier sends.

IMPORTANT - WHAT THIS APP IS NOT
TextBridge is for reading your own texts on your own devices. It is not a monitoring or tracking tool. Because every device has to confirm a code before it receives anything, it cannot be pointed at a phone you do not have in your hand. Whenever syncing is active the app shows a permanent notification, so anyone holding the phone can see it is running.

Synced SMS are charged at your carrier's normal rate. Android only - iOS does not allow apps to read incoming SMS.
