WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Operations Dashboard
View active site count, quote pipeline totals, scheduled inspections, and pipeline value. Review pipeline trend charts over recent weeks. Check work phase progress for sites in planning and other stages.

• Site Project Planner
Search and browse site plans. View project name, client, location, assigned coordinator, status, and completion percentage for each entry.

• Quotes
Search the quotation pipeline and filter by status. Review quote numbers, client names, project descriptions, amounts, and draft or active states.

• Services
Browse construction coordination offerings by category such as planning, coordination, and closeout. Each service includes a description, typical duration, and indicative price range. Examples include budget benchmarking, commercial improvement support, and permit and compliance review.

• Company Profile
Access business timeline, team members, mission and values, service coverage areas, company background, and contact information.

HOW THE APP IS INTENDED TO BE USED

Opper Construction supports project coordination and record keeping. It does not replace licensed engineering judgment, permit authority decisions, or on-site safety inspections. Figures and statuses in the app reflect workspace data used for planning and tracking.
