The app in principle is ok but the most annoying thing is it keeps disconnecting from the watch and therefore not records everything this is very frustrating

Good until a month ago. Then an update resulted in the loss of histogram display of pulse data. Problem reported by e-mail a month ago but not corrected. Automatic reply suggests software no longer valid for this device - so what is? EDIT I've found a different e-mail address for support, so hoping for a better response.
