Very unoptimised and buggy. It can take anywhere from a few hours to almost a full day for the app to sync with the watch. Also, it seems to forget to reset data day-by-day, as yesterday's steps have been combined with today's steps (I often wake up at yesterdays step count). When trying to check what my step count was yesterday, I was met with the number -16430, with -666 calories burned and -11.94 km travelled. Overall, a less than perfect app for a less than perfect product.
