Open Kharkiv

Open Kharkiv is a modern mobile app for interacting with the city. We have updated the design, made the interface more convenient, improved the appearance of the cards, and added new city services so that everything important is at hand. The app includes a Digital Kharkiv Citizen Card (Digital X-card) — your key to partner offers and city benefits. You can also quickly find city news and events, receive important notifications directly in the app, sign up for an electronic queue, access city services, submit an application for a Kharkiv Citizen Card, and use many other services from your smartphone.

For your convenience and confidence, the application also includes an Invincibility Map. You can download it to your device to have access to information about the nearest Invincibility Points, shelters and other vital information even when there is no Internet connection.
