Open Kharkiv is an all-in-one mobile app for convenient access to essential city services and information. Residents can use the Digital X-Card to access benefits, discounts, and partner offers directly from their smartphone.

The app includes a transport map for planning trips and saving favorite routes, dedicated services for defenders and their families, and an offline-capable Invincibility Map showing nearby shelters, support points, and life-support facilities. Users can also contact the 1562 dispatch service to report and resolve housing and communal issues, join electronic queues for city institutions, and receive important Kharkiv news and event notifications. Open Kharkiv helps residents stay informed, connected, and prepared.
