Kyalami Estates

Kyalami Estates, in your pocket.

The official resident app for Kyalami Estates. Pre-book your visitors, open the gate, read estate notices and call for help — all from your phone.

PRE-BOOK VISITORS AND DELIVERIES
Register a guest, contractor or delivery before they arrive. The app creates a secure access pass and sends it straight to them, so they show their code at the gate and drive through. No phone calls, no queue in the visitors' lane.

REGULAR VISITORS, SET UP ONCE
Domestic staff, gardeners, lift clubs and family who come and go on a schedule. Give them standing access for the days and times you choose, and change or revoke it whenever you like.

OPEN GATES AND BOOMS FROM YOUR PHONE
Trigger the remotes the estate has granted you with a single tap. No more lost fobs or flat remote batteries.

EMERGENCY HELP, ONE TAP AWAY
The panic button alerts the control room and shares your live location, so responders know exactly where to find you.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Estate notices, approvals and messages arrive in your in-app inbox, where they are easy to find later — instead of scrolling back through a group chat.

EVERYTHING ELSE THE ESTATE RUNS ON
Facility bookings, estate documents and rules, and the contact numbers you actually need, all in one place.

LIGHT OR DARK
A clean, modern interface that follows your phone's theme, or stays on the one you prefer.

WHO CAN USE THIS APP
Kyalami Estates is a private residential estate, and this app is for its registered residents and authorised users. You sign in with the mobile number the estate office has on file and a one-time PIN sent by SMS. If your number is not registered yet, please contact the estate office first.

PERMISSIONS THE APP ASKS FOR
• Location — shares your position with responders when you raise a panic alert, and powers gate and geofence features.
• Contacts (optional) — lets you pick a visitor from your address book instead of typing their details. You can always enter them by hand instead.
• Camera — scanning access codes and capturing visitor documents at registration.
• Bluetooth — triggering nearby gate and boom remotes.
• Notifications — visitor arrivals, approvals and estate notices.
