i cant do anything

Extremely difficult to get assistance and the app will not allow the device it's set up to control to access and or change any settings...so if the device that has the program on it gets damaged, good luck getting assistance and or using any other device to edit the current settings on the phone. Plus my 10 y.o. son worked out how to get in the programs/apps I thought I had control over, a very costly experience for no parental security or gain in protecting my sons.
