Recent reviews

first two weeks in and nothing but absolute junk leads. Was told by customer support first 6 weeks were the ramp up period. So far all leads that came in were already expired as soon as they come in, looking for a house in the city immediately <$60k. Show me where that exist? Customer service is rude and blamed me for not responding fast enough even though I responded immediately as they came in. Will provide an update if things change over the next 4 weeks during this "ramp up period."

Disappointing experience. ReadyConnect/Opcity makes it feel like agents win leads by clicking fast, but support told me leads may be dispatched one agent at a time with delays. So even if you click instantly, another agent may have received it first. For new agents, this feels misleading and unproductive. Lead priority, exclusivity, and guarantees should be clearly disclosed upfront. I terminated my participation and do not recommend it.
